According to Swedish law, PolarQuest places all revenue in a bond with the Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency (Sw. Kammarkollegiet) in Sweden until the completion of your expedition.

These terms and conditions apply to reservations for the following trips:

Svalbard
The Norwegian Coast, Bear Island & Svalbard
Greenland
Orcas and Northern Lights in Northern Norway
Galapagos ReQuest

These terms and conditions apply to reservations for the following trip:

Antarctica, South Georgia & the Falkland Islands

On advancement of deposit to PolarQuest AB the depositor acknowledges that he/she has read and understands the above recited terms and conditions and agrees to be bound by them.
